Prop Shopping

I’m wearing many hats for this film, and Producer is one of them. That means that I’m responsible for the location scouting, props, craft services, and more. With the location secured, I went shopping to get the props to make the location look believable. I already had some things in mind, but decided to remain I’m open to a little serendipity. The Location Has Been Secured!

One of the concerns that I’m forced to face, as a filmmaker, is the marriage between the abstract and the tangible. I visualize my films long before I write anything down. I think about the film whenever I can, be it on the train, eating lunch (frequently over lunch), or while driving. I don’t write anything down until I’m satisfied that it makes sense to me.
